MONSOON RAIN highly values the urgency of your orders. We endeavor to ensure that your ordered products reach your door as soon as possible.

  1. Your ordered products will be sent to your given address within 2 to 5 business days anywhere in Bangladesh.
  2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Services Department.
  3. We start the shipping process within 24 hours, except on Fridays and government holidays. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please inform our Customer Services Department within office hours.
  4. Returned items may only be exchanged for products available in-store of the same or higher value. If the replacement product is of a higher value, the difference may be paid by cash or credit card. No cash refunds are available.
  5. You can exchange products at a MONSOON RAIN store or return them via courier service. Courier/delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
  6. The exchange policy is not applicable to discounted products.
  7. According to government regulations, 10% VAT will be applied to the base price of all products, not the discounted price.
  8. Discount codes are applicable to regular-priced products only and cannot be used on discounted products.
