  1. If a faulty product has been delivered by mistake or there is a size issue, you may exchange the product within 7 days at any MONSOON RAIN store, subject to availability of the required size. Please bring the original purchase receipt. Alternatively, the product may be returned via courier service, with the courier cost borne by the customer.
  2. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. MONSOON RAIN reserves the right to refuse the exchange of any product that has been used, damaged, altered or does not meet the return conditions. Defective products returned within 7 working days will be accepted subject to verification.
  3. Returned items may only be exchanged for products available in-store of the same or higher value. If the replacement product is of a higher value, the difference may be paid by cash or credit card.No cash refunds are available.
  4. Products may be exchanged at any MONSOON RAIN branch, subject to product and size availability.
  5. No exchange or refund is available on discounted products.
